Community Carbon Offsetting Hong Kong

'Computer literacy' is now a term in common use.  In a similar manner, 'carbon literacy' means awareness of carbon emissions and their link with climate change.  Carbon literacy is low in general, and yet significant political decisions are being made about tackling climate change.  Raising levels of carbon literacy is important to move the political debate beyond stalemate.  This is as much true in developed countries such as Australia (for example see this article in the Brisbane Times) as it is for Hong Kong and southeast Asia.
